Charlie Sheen has moments ago announced he's signing a deal to produce a new show on HBO to be called "Two WTFs and Ho." His co-star will be legendary middle eastern funny man, the David Brenner of Tripoli, Moammar "Jackie" Kadafi. The new show will follow the tribulations of Charlie's middle eastern cousin as he seeks asylum in the U.S. with billions of dollars, but is confused by things like what exactly is the meat in an ARBY's sandwich, and not being able to kill his subjects. And each week Charlie'll marry a new HO.
